We know that the mental health of our young people in Aotearoa is suffering. Are we overlooking the immense value of play, movement and social sport that can elevate mood and connection, as a means to support and improve mental health?


It is said that children pay more attention to what we do than what we say, so as parents, can we lead the way by including even a small amount of activity into every day? As we are basically large children, our mental health may benefit to!
