We have some wonderful news to share with our community. Young and Healthy has welcomed two fantastic new partners; AIA New Zealand and eg. Free Range Eggs and we couldn't be more excited about what we're going to achieve together for the tamariki of Aotearoa.
These aren't just sponsorships. They are genuine partnerships built on shared values, a belief that every Kiwi child deserves to grow up healthy, active, nourished, and full of life. Both partners have jumped in with real commitment, and we are so grateful to have them alongside us.
AIA New Zealand - our Power Up Programme Partner

AIA NZ is the largest life insurer in Aotearoa, helping New Zealanders live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives, one small step at a time.
AIA New Zealand is the largest life insurer in Aotearoa, with a vision to help make New Zealand one of the healthiest and best protected nations in the world. They encourage New Zealanders to make positive lifestyle changes — one small step at a time. It's a philosophy that aligns beautifully with our own.
Through this partnership, AIA NZ is helping us engage, inspire, and educate tamariki to make healthy lifestyle choices. And as part of that commitment, they have proudly launched AIA Healthiest Schools, an initiative to help children across New Zealand better understand the behaviours that will set them up to live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.

The AIA Healthiest Schools resources are free for all registered primary schools and teachers can access a variety of resources.
Schools can also enter the AIA Healthiest Schools Competition, by completing a wellbeing project and sharing the impact it had. There is national prize pool of $80,000, including a first prize of $40,000.
Having collaborated with AIA NZ in the past through the Virtual Adventure, we are proud to be the partner bringing the AIA Healthiest School program to life in New Zealand schools, building on eight years of delivering impactful wellbeing education to over 180,000 tamariki.
eg. Free Range Eggs - our Power Up "Fuel" Partner

The chicken comes first - always. Zero caged, zero colony, zero barn hens. Free range eggs that you can see and taste the difference in.
Our second new partner is eg. Free Range Eggs, and their philosophy could not be a better fit for ours. At eg., the chicken always comes first. They are working every day to lead by example and create meaningful change for hens everywhere, with zero caged, zero colony, and zero barn hens, ever. The life of a chook is reflected in the eggs they lay, and with eg. eggs, you can truly see and taste the difference.
Partnering with Young and Healthy was, in their own words, a no-brainer. Free range eggs are a nutritional powerhouse, and helping young Kiwis learn about fueling their bodies — and understanding where their food comes from — is at the very heart of what Powering Up is all about.
"Free range eggs are a nutritional powerhouse and helping young kiwis learn about fueling their bodies and the importance of where their food comes from is key to 'powering up' their life!" - eg. Free Range Eggs
When tamariki learn to Check In, Choose, and Power Up, one of the most important choices they can make is how they nourish their bodies. Having eg. Free Range Eggs as our fuel partner means we can bring that message to life in a real, tangible, delicious way.
Better together
These partnerships represent something that means a great deal to us. For Young and Healthy to do what we do, reach more schools, support more teachers, and touch more young lives - we need partners who believe in this kaupapa as deeply as we do. AIA New Zealand and eg. Free Range Eggs are exactly that.
Over 180,000 tamariki have experienced Young and Healthy programmes in the past eight years. With these two partners by our side, we are ready to reach even more.
Kia kaha - we are just getting started.
