We used to move as part of everyday life, now we have to build movement into our schedule because we've engineered the need to move to survive, right out of our day. And while the benefits of progress to humanity have been tremendous, our need to move our bodies regularly is still a matter of survival, albeit not imminently life-threatening. Not everyone is into or has the time for sport or the gym, so the news that even tiny, regular burst of effort, are beneficial for the health of our body and mind, is terrific! Read more here
