As the country reels from our dismal C+ rating in the global children's exercise report card, students from Kamo Primary and Kaikohe Intermediate schools have taken matters into their own hands. They joined forces with celebrity heroes, including Ardie Savea, Ameliaranne Ekenasio, Kane Williamson and Samantha Charlton to participate in this year's Zespri Young and Healthy Virtual Adventure. And Kim Harvey, founder of the programme, visited the schools to meet the kids, check out their moves and give one class a pair of Asics each.

The health and wellbeing programme is takes Kiwi tamariki on a virtual trip around the

globe, instilling healthy habits along the way like moving their bodies, eating extra fruit and

vegetables, drinking more water, getting a good night sleep and reducing leisure time spent on screens.
